Where do I start? Well, not like the first answer. Probably part of the problem (assuming that hope even in the United States., Otherwise I would enjoy what you are "perfect" life in the country)
Personally, I kind of draw a parallel between the U.S. and the Roman Republic. Ready to go instead to serve the citizens of his country's military, the people were willing to pay someone to do it. Since many of these rich and powerful days to avoid risking their own lives. (I mean, really, not the lives of the rich are worth more than the poor?)
