Go to your local paint store and buy a scraper blade razor specially made to remove paint from windows. This is guaranteed not to scratch the glass. Preferably, the wax is cold when you scratch ... They are much easier and probably also in one piece. If there is a backlog, you use very hot water and soap and wash the glass with it.
